Issue 4, Keep It Zen

Dear people, issue 4 is online! Yes!!! Each and every time it is a blessing to be able to meet new people, hear inspiring stories, like the one of Ophélia in this issue, and share all this with you.

In this issue, we take a look at what could help you to relax and ease your mind. It is well known that Eastern ancient philosophy and way of living have helped many people to reconnect with themselves and apprehend the world and society in a more relaxed way. To achieve inner peace and have a calm mind many things are possible and nowadays there are even applications that can help you to transform your busy mind in a zen one. Sara de Abreu tells us more about the benefit of using Headspace and Danielle Bassa, Reiki practician, explains to us what Reiki is. Last but not least in our “Chill Darling”category we take you for a stroll to the always surprising Rotterdam. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy!

Issue 3

Here we are, for a complete new issue. This time, we bring you for a walk to the Brabant county, we feature interviews of inspiring and positive people and last but not least we remind you how much smiling is important in our every day lives.

Have a seat, don’t rush to read everything in one time. Like a chocolate cake or a good wine, take the time to savour.

We wish you a peaceful and tasteful experience!

Happiness by Steve Cutts

When someone has a burn-out there is a very high chance that his/her symptoms are the same as the one from someone else. Nevertheless causes, origins of burn-out can be very different. In our western society and thanks to massa consumption the motto “less is more” seems to be obsolete. It takes strength and courage to be able to say, now it’s enough, I have enough, I am enough.

In this animationSteve Cutts has a brilliant way to show what the word and concept of “Happiness” means for a lot of people nowadays.

Watch, enjoy and feel free to be free 😉

ps: big up  and thank you @Slippery Edge We discovered this animation thanks to you!

Look Up

What an incredible feeling of joy and contentment I have while I’m writing this post. Here it is, Issue 2 of Good Enough Darling magazine! In this issue two inspiring and beautiful people share their story. What appealed to me is that both were struggling to talk about it or identify exactly what was going on in their body.  We are extremely grateful to Lela and Raluca for sharing with so much honesty and generosity their own experiences.

When you feel down, don’t be ashamed to ask for help, it can be from a doctor, from a good friend, a family member. Online, on Facebook for example, there are a lot of conversation groups, go and share your experience and feelings. You are not alone.

Last but not least, in this issue we will take you to Israel and its peaceful landscapes.

Enjoy the journey and look up!

ps: see you next month for new positive content
